“Deep Calls Unto Deep” An Hour of Mindfulness & Meditation “Deep Calls Unto Deep” An Hour of Mindfulness & Meditation. This meditation group meets in person on the first Monday evenings of the month, and each Thursday at 9 a.m (except the first Thursday of the month). in Palmer (other times in the months may also be added as there is interest). It is a time of exploratory guided meditation for people of all meditative experience levels, guided by Steven Sousa.

Various types of meditation are practiced including Mindfulness, Progressive relaxation (body scan), Metta (lovingkindness), Spiritual, Silent, Visualization, and Movement Meditations.

All are welcome to participate and explore the many spiritual, social and health benefits of the meditative experience. The meeting is held in the Fellowship House at St. Paul’s at 1060 Central Street. There is no admission fee, rsvp, or ticket needed.
